Fire Prevention Practice in 2018

In order to further enhance each department fire safety awareness, effectively prevent and reduce fire accidents, adhere to the idea of safety first, strengthen employee safety education, improve all employees self-prevention capabilities and emergency comprehensive reactions, we held a fire emergency evacuation practicel with Shunde district fire brigade on the afternoon of 9th, August, 2018.

While the fire alarm was ringing, each department security staff quickly turned off the power and organized the staffs to escape per the designated route. Here began the fire prevention practice officially.

Hypothetical situation: At 4 p.m on August 9th, 2018, the security guard patrolled and found a fire in the smoking area of no. 4 workshop, he reported to the human resources department immediately.

All staffs rapidly escaped and evacuated from office and workshop per the instruction. It just took about 90 seconds for all staffs to arrive in the designated safe place from the fire alarming.

Firefighters introduced how to use fire extinguishers correctly and carry out practical operations. How to use the fire extinguisher, I believe that each of us is a "theoretical expert". Because there are not many people who actually use it, and we also hope that it will never be used.

Genuine knowledge comes from practice. Only when we had actual practice, we can be well trained and prepared.

After this fire prevention practice, all staffs have gained valuable fire-fighting knowledge and evacuation experience, improved public emergency reaction and self-rescue mutual rescue capabilities. Life only have once, we should cherish it. Hope all of us can pay more attention to raise fire awareness and prevent accidents anytime anywhere.
