USA NPE Plastic Exhibition 2015

NPE plastic exhibition was held in Orlando Florida, USA on March 23rd to 27th, 2015. It has 69 years long history and held every three years. It’s one of the most important international plastic show. Lanson catched this opportunity and showed popular machines as well.

After more than one year preparation, Lanson showed total three remarkable machines GT2-LS280B, GT2-LS120S, GM2-LS90S at the booth no. S22175. These three machines perfomance and structures mainly combined Lanson all key important technology.

GT2-LS280B is the thin wall package fast speed special machine. It’s very popular among domestic and Southeast Asian users, sales amount is 20% of the total. It mainly features no return oil, low resistance single cylinder injection unit, linear guide way, lanson own paten design, fast speed, high precision, low noise, arched platen and widen toggles with duirable performance and longer serivce life. The production cycle time is only 3.4 seconds with two cavities 1000ml food container 17-17.5g/pc  

GT2-LS120S is the general machine of GT2-S series, it’s designed for high end diversified products. The machine was demonstrated with 60 cavities thick wall buttons injection, production cycle time is 10 seconds, low noise and energy saving servo system.

GM2-LS90S is the general double-cylinder self-developed GM2-S series machine. It’s different with other competitors design. Lanson’s double cylinder design is higher rigidity. Injection control valve is connected with oil cylinder directly, reduce oil circuit vibration effectively, promote the faster response, casting injection base instead of two point support, stable and durable, widen toggles with stronger anti-fatigue capabilities, this machine was running with 48 cavities thick button injection cycle time 12.3s.

Many visitors were showing great interest on our machines in the exibition. Meanwhile, our USA partner focused on establishing a comprehensive sales network, providing local users professional and timely after-sales service and training.
